HAID

Amazfit

Amazfit is not directly supported, but you can still get your data into HAID.

Not Supported

Amazfit integration is not available because Amazfit (Zepp) does not provide a public API for third-party applications. The best way to get your data into HAID is by syncing your Amazfit to Apple Health or Google Fit first.

How to Get Your Amazfit Data into HAID

The Zepp app can send your Amazfit data to Apple Health (iOS) or Google Fit (Android), and HAID syncs directly from both.

On iOS:

  1. In the Zepp app, go to ProfileSettingsApple Health
  2. Enable the data categories you want to share (steps, heart rate, sleep, workouts, etc.)
  3. Confirm Apple Health permissions when prompted
  4. Then connect Apple Health to HAID for automatic syncing

On Android:

  1. In the Zepp app, go to ProfileSettingsAccounts
  2. Connect your Google Fit account
  3. Your data will automatically sync to Google Fit
  4. Then connect Google Fit to HAID for automatic syncing

Your Amazfit data will flow automatically: Amazfit → Zepp → Apple Health / Google Fit → HAID.

Enable All Data Categories

Make sure to enable all available data categories in the Zepp sync settings, including workout routes, heart rate, sleep, and activity data. If a category is not enabled, that data won't reach HAID. On iOS, also check Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Zepp to confirm all permissions are granted.

Option 2: Export from Zepp App

If syncing to Apple Health or Google Fit is not available for your device:

  1. Open the Zepp app on your phone
  2. Go to ProfileSettings
  3. Look for Export Data or Data Management
  4. Export your activities and health data
  5. Email the exported files to [email protected] from the email address associated with your HAID account
  6. Include "Amazfit Data Import" in the subject line
  7. We'll backfill the data for you

We accept FIT, TCX, and GPX file formats.

Option 3: Sync to Strava, Then Export

If you've connected your Amazfit/Zepp account to Strava:

  1. Your activities will appear in Strava
  2. Follow our Strava export guide to get that data into HAID

Supported Data

When syncing through Apple Health or Google Fit, HAID can access:

  • Activities — Runs, walks, rides, and workouts
  • Heart rate — Resting and during activities
  • Sleep — Sleep stages and duration
  • Steps — Daily step count
  • GPS routes — Outdoor activity maps (via export only)

Alternative: Use a Device with Direct Integration

For automatic, real-time syncing without intermediaries, consider using a device with direct HAID integration:

  • Garmin — Comprehensive health and fitness tracking
  • Polar — Activity and recovery metrics
  • Apple Watch — If you're on iOS
