How HAID handles your data, explained in plain language.
Our approach
Your health data is personal. We built HAID with privacy as a core principle, not an afterthought. This page explains how we handle your data in plain language (for the legal version, see our Privacy Policy).
What we collect
- Health data - Steps, sleep, heart rate, activities, and other metrics from your connected integrations. We only access what you explicitly grant permission for.
- Account info - Name, email, and profile picture to identify your account.
- Usage data - Anonymous analytics to understand how the app is used and improve the experience.
What we don't do
- We never sell your personal data or health information
- We never share identifiable health data with third parties
- We never use your health data for advertising
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. All data is encrypted both at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
AI and your data
HAID uses AI to generate your daily health insights. Your health data is processed to create these summaries but is not used to train AI models. The insights are generated for you and only visible to you.
Data deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected] from the email address linked to your account. We process deletion requests promptly.
