Strava
Strava is not directly supported, but you can still get your data into HAID.
Not Supported
Strava integration is not available due to Strava's Terms of Service restrictions on third-party data synchronization. You can still import your data manually using the export method below.
However, you can still get your Strava activities into HAID by exporting your data.
Why We Can't Integrate Directly
Strava's Terms of Service prohibit third-party applications from storing or synchronizing activity data in the way HAID would need to. We respect these terms and won't offer a direct integration.
How to Get Your Strava Data into HAID
You can export your activities from Strava and send them to us for import:
Export Your Data
- Go to Strava and log in
- Click your profile icon → Settings
- Find My Account → Download or Delete Your Account
- Click Request Your Archive
- Strava will email you a download link (may take a few hours)
Send to HAID
- Download your data archive when ready
- Email the file to [email protected] from the email address associated with your HAID account
- Include "Strava Data Import" in the subject line
- We'll backfill the data for you
We accept FIT, TCX, and GPX file formats.
Supported Data from Export
From your Strava export, we can import:
- Activities — Runs, rides, swims, and other workouts
- Routes — GPS data and maps
- Heart rate — If recorded during activities
- Pace/speed data — Performance metrics
Alternative: Use Another Integration
If you use a Garmin, Polar, or other device that syncs to Strava, consider connecting that device directly to HAID instead:
- Garmin Integration — Real-time sync with comprehensive data
- Polar Integration — Real-time sync with recovery metrics
- Apple Health — If your workouts are recorded on Apple Watch
- Google Fit — If your workouts sync to Google Fit
This way, you get automatic syncing without needing to export manually.
