What is HAID?
HAID is a health partner app that helps you understand your health data. We aggregate data from various sources and present it in a way that helps you spot patterns and trends.
Is HAID free?
Yes! HAID is free to use with a full set of features including the health dashboard, daily AI insights, social features, and all integrations. For users who want more, HAID Pro unlocks additional features like tone selection, extended history, and data export. See our Subscription page for details.
What devices are supported?
- iOS: iPhone running iOS 15.0 or later
- Android: Devices running Android 10.0 or later
Data & Privacy
What data do you collect?
We collect health data you choose to share through connected integrations (steps, sleep, heart rate, activities) and basic account information (name, email).
Do you sell my data?
No. We never sell your personal data or health information.
How do I delete my data?
To delete your account and all associated data, email us at [email protected] from the email address linked to your account. We'll process your request and confirm once complete.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit.
Integrations
Why isn't my data syncing?
Common causes:
- Permissions not granted - check your device settings
- Background refresh disabled - enable it for HAID
- Connection expired - try reconnecting the integration
Can I connect multiple sources?
Yes, you can connect Apple Health, Google Fit, and other integrations simultaneously. We'll merge the data intelligently.
What happens if I disconnect an integration?
All data synced from that source is removed from HAID. Your original data in the source platform is not affected.

How do I change my email?
Go to Settings > Account > Email in the app.
I forgot my password
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen to reset your password via email.
