Race for Life Plymouth 10k
Organised by Cancer Research UK as a fundraising event for cancer research. The event takes place at The Hoe, Hoe Promenade, Plymouth, PL1 2PA. The start and finish are on hardstanding and compact grass with tarmac underfoot.

The course runs on paved paths, closed roads around the Hoe and pathways in Hoe Gardens. Runners should expect steep inclines and some uneven surfaces, including inclines and declines at Lambhay Hill and Cliff Road. The route may have congestion areas within the Hoe. In wet weather tarmac and grass areas may become slippery.
Facilities listed for the event include refreshments, toilets, permission for dogs, and suitability for pushchairs. Bag drop and showers are not available. The event is not wheelchair accessible; alternative accessible events are noted elsewhere.
There is no designated event car park at the venue; multiple city centre car parks are nearby. Blue badge parking on The Hoe Promenade will be closed during the event and on street regulations apply. An optional accessibility permit is available for certain council car parks.
Entry Fees & Timing
Entry fees shown for earlybird registration are £8.74 for ages 16 and over and £5.50 for children. A minimum fundraising target of £50 is indicated. Events are chip timed and finishers receive a medal and fundraising materials. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
