Volunteer Opportunities
Uncle John's Gravel Race is seeking volunteers for various roles on Saturday, September 13, 2026.
- Day Before Race Setup (Saturday, 8am - 12pm): Help set up race grounds, parking, signs, banners, stage, and water stops. Includes event t-shirt & free lunch. (2 spots available)
- Day Before Race Setup (Saturday, 12pm - 4pm): Assist with race grounds setup, including parking, signs, banners, stage, and donut/water stops. Includes event t-shirt & free BBQ lunch. (4 spots available)
- Day Before Packet Pickup (Saturday, 3:30PM - 7PM): Hand out race packets, swag, and merchandise. Includes event t-shirt and free lunch for the next day. (3 spots available)
- Race Day Packet Pickup (Sunday, 7am - 10:45am): Assist with handing out race packets, swag, and merchandise. Includes event t-shirt and free lunch. (3 spots available)
- Race Day Race T-shirt & Swag (Sunday, 7AM - 10:45AM): Help distribute swag and merchandise. Includes event t-shirt and free lunch. (2 spots available)
- Race Day Corner Worker (Sunday, 1:30PM - 4:00PM blocks): Assist participants at intersections. Includes event t-shirt and free lunch. (7 spots available)
Volunteers receive an event t-shirt and lunch.
