The Drop - Durham
Organic Adventure Ltd presents The Drop - Durham, a unique and challenging navigation race.
How it Works:
- Registration: Participants surrender all electronic devices and navigational aids, receiving a race number and an emergency bag.
- The Journey Begins: Board a bus and wear a blackout blindfold (or safety goggles) for transport to an undisclosed drop-off point.
- The Challenge: Navigate back to the event centre using only your wits and sense of direction. Distances are measured 'as the crow flies' and the actual route may be longer.

- 6 Mile
- 10 Mile
- 15 Mile
Rules:
- No GPS devices (must be sealed in the emergency bag).
- No unauthorised maps.
- No shortcuts.
- Emergency bag integrity must be maintained.
Live GPS Tracking:
Optional GPS tracking is available for convenience and safety. Trackers are accurate to 5 metres but can be affected by signal interference. A £175 replacement fee applies if trackers are not returned.
