About the Event
This event lasts 1 hour and is open to attendees who have completed a Couch to 5k or a parkrun. We are not equipped to support those just starting their running journey.
Participants are encouraged to run, jog, or walk at their own pace, with no prescribed speed. Terms like fast, slow, and 5k pace are relative to your own capability and confidence.
If you're unsure about your ability, we recommend trying our Run/Walk sessions on Mondays first.
