Join Emersons Green Running Club for our training session which lasts 1 hour. This session is designed for those who have completed a Couch to 5k or a parkrun. We encourage everyone to run, jog, or walk at their own pace.
Important Notes
- All attendees are expected to have prior experience with a Couch to 5k or park run.
- You choose your own pace; whether fast, slow, or comfortably hard.
