Chilterns 30km Trail Run
The Chiltern Hills provide beautiful trails to explore on this 30 km trail running adventure! It’s a great opportunity to discover new paths and learn trail running techniques in a fun and supportive environment. The trails we take wind through beautiful woodland, hidden routes, grass covered ridge lines and through quaint villages.
The event is not far from London, providing easy access by rail or road and a great way to escape and find your wild! As featured in Runner’s World – Top 9 Best Running Holidays in the UK 2019.
Included in the running adventure are trail technique instruction from our experienced guides, information about the local area and environment, well stocked checkpoint and finisher’s medal.

- Date: Sunday, 9th May 2027
- Registration: 8:15 AM – 8:45 AM
- Location: Iron Room, Tring Station
- Parking: Tring Station, Paid Parking
- Rail Access: 3 Mins walk
- Facilities: Toilets, bag drop, checkpoint
- Getting There: The event starts from the Iron Room Hall near Tring, which is just 40 minutes North West of London with train links from Euston. Tring train station is just 3 minutes’ walk away and has a taxi rank. Paid for parking is available at the station as well as limited on street free parking. Accommodation is available nearby.
- Ability: Participants should be able to be on their feet for around 5 hours and ideally have run close to a half marathon distance in the past. It is also recommended to be able to run at least 7 km in an hour on the flat.
- Route Profile: Rolling hills, ascent 500m
- Spectators: Welcome, with viewing locations provided in the final briefing email one week before the event.
