Carlisle Autumn Duathlon
The Carlisle Autumn Duathlon is a sprint-distance duathlon held at Carlisle Lake District Airport on 11 October 2026. The event uses the airport apron and surrounding areas for the run stages, providing traffic-free running, while the bike stage takes place on quiet country roads. Free parking is available at the venue and light refreshments are offered in the airport after the event.

The event uses chip timing and awards prizes to the first three male and female finishers, plus prizes by 10-year age groups. Finishers receive a bespoke medal. The minimum age for the sprint distance is 15 years old on 31 December 2026. Non-BTF affiliated athletes must purchase a Race Pass from British Triathlon to compete.
