You will step onto Scotland’s most storied battlefields, where warriors once fought for freedom, embarking on an epic journey through history, treading in the footsteps of legends. Are you ready to take the field?
Event Information
Braveheart 10km – A fast and flat route starting in view of Wallace Monument under the shadows of the Ochil Hills, following the River Forth where you will traverse over the Old Stirling Bridge rebuilt many times after fierce battles best-known of these when Sir William Wallace and Sir Andrew Moray defeated Edward I’s forces at the Battle of Stirling Bridge in 1297, follow in the footsteps of icons and create your own moment in history.

Entry Requirements 10k - min. age 15yrs on the day of the run. Limited entries.
Wallace Warriors 1mile Fun Run – A traffic free flat run to let our young warriors release lots of energy as they too get to experience the same start and finish line as those in the other festival events, creating tall tales of daring doo and their own piece of history.

Entry Requirements no age restrictions for the 1 mile fun run - adults must accompany young children around the event - adults are free and don't need to sign up. Older children can run ahead of parents but a parent or guardian must be happy for them to do so and meet them at the finish.

Registration - Saturday 10th October - 08.30 to 09.30 am - Stirling Cricket Club, The Peak Stirling
Saturday 10 October - 10km Race Starts 9.45am and 1 mile Fun Run Race Starts 9.55 am - Stirling Cricker Club, Stirling FK7 7WS

Pregnancy policy: If a participant subsequently falls pregnant after entering and is no long able to take part they will be able to defer their entry up to 2 years or receive a full refund.
