Tour de Darke
Join Darke County Parks for our 5th annual Tour de Darke! Spend your Sunday morning in the saddle on a leisurely ride through the scenic countryside and quaint communities of Darke County. This event is not a race, and instead a tour of the sites. There are six scenic routes to appeal to all cyclists - Mini (14 miles), Bambino (25 miles), Medio (40 miles), Gran (65 miles), Gran Max (83 miles), Ultima (100 miles).
All routes begin and end at the Bish Discovery Center (404 N. Ohio St., Greenville OH 45331).
Start Times:
- Mini: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
- Bambino/Medio: 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM
- Gran: 7:00 AM - 7:30 AM
- Gran Max: 6:45 AM - 7:00 AM
- Ultima: 6:45 AM - 7:00 AM
Cyclists are encouraged to finish their selected course by 2:00 PM.
Fully Supported w/ Rest Stops (snacks/drinks!) and SAG provided. All roads are marked and a portion will include the Tecumseh Trail Multi-use Bike Path, with proceeds benefitting future bike trail projects.
Parking: Parking is not available at the registration site. Park at one of the following locations and take a short bike ride to the registration site:
- American Legion - 325 N Ohio St, Greenville (600 ft from Registration)
- VFW Post 7262 - 219 N Ohio St, Greenville (1,200 ft from Registration)
- Dickman’s Supply - 1425 Sater St, Greenville (0.9 miles from Registration)
- Prairie Ridge Meadow Preserve - 104 N Broadway St, Greenville (1.5 miles from Registration)
Food & After-Party: Coffee available from Blue Bus Coffee. An "After-Tour Brunch" option (Brunch Burrito) is available for pre-registration. Jumbo Beanz cookies also available.
