Event Details
The ROC Trilogy takes place across three stunning locations in the UK: Abersoch, Wales; Windermere, England; and Kinlochleven, Scotland. Each event features a combination of swimming, cycling, and running, with challenging distances and elevations that will test your endurance.
Event Schedule
THE ROC Wales - 10th May 2025: Transition opens at 6:00 am, with the race starting at 8:00 am. Expect a total distance of 115 km, including a 1.5 km swim, a 50 km bike ride, and a 50 km run.
THE ROC England - 6th Sept 2025: Transition opens at 6:00 am, with the race starting at 8:00 am. The total distance is 112 km, featuring a 1.5 km swim, a 46.5 km bike ride, and a 17.5 km run.
THE ROC Scotland - 4th Oct 2025: Transition opens at 6:30 am, with the race starting at 8:00 am. The total distance is 73 km, including a 1.5 km swim, a 27 km bike ride, and a 17 km run.
