Race Information
The swim is held in Bassin Louise. The bike course is multi‑lap on a highway closed for the event, featuring an out-and-back section along the St Lawrence with views of Île d'Orléans and Québec City. The run follows a flat route through the UNESCO World Heritage area, continues along the Rivière Saint-Charles, and finishes near the Port de Québec marina.
Courses Offered:
- Long Distance: 3.8 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km run
- Middle Distance: 1.9 km swim, 90 km bike, 21.1 km run
- Standard Distance: 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run
- Sprint Distance: 750 m swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run
