Race for Life King's Lynn 5k
The Kings Lynn 5k is a fundraising running event organised by Cancer Research UK at Houghton Hall in Kings Lynn on Tuesday 23 June 2026. Available distances for the event are: 3k, 5k.
The start and finish are on grass beside the car park behind Houghton Hall. The course has rough and bumpy terrain, mainly on grass with a small section on stoney pathways. Stewards will direct participants from the car park to the meeting point.
Entry information for the event lists an age limit of 16 and over. Entry fees are shown as £15.99 for adults and £11.00 for children. A minimum fundraising target of £50.00 is noted.
Facilities on site include refreshments, toilets and event parking. There is free car parking in the event car park a short walk from the site. The venue is described as remote; it is not suitable to reach on foot, the nearest bus stop is over half an hour's walk away and there is no nearby train station. There are no cycle racks or electric vehicle charging points. Dogs are not allowed. Bag drop and showers are not available. The event site and course are not wheelchair accessible and are not suitable for pushchairs.
Support measures include sunflower wristbands at the enquiries marquee, staff trained as Dementia Friends and a QR code to access British Sign Language stage content. Participants are listed as receiving a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training materials and a Race for Life medal.
