OMG (One Mile 2 Go) Run at Bawsey Country Park
OMG is a lap-based running event held at Bawsey Country Park, PE32 1EP. The event offers multiple distance choices: 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, Full Marathon, and Ultra Marathon.
The course runs over sand, gravel and grass and is described as a trail event. Lapped formats are used for longer distances. Event cut offs are set at six hours and four hours.
Race HQ and the aid station are located at the start and lap point; there is an aid station on every lap. Participants collect bib numbers at registration on arrival. There is no baggage service so runners are asked to leave belongings in their vehicles; the route passes the car park each lap. The event has gone cupless so runners should bring their own bottles or cups for refilling. Parking is included in the event cost. Bespoke finisher medals are provided.
