Fluo Nightrun Knokke-Heist
On Saturday, October 24, 2026, the fifth night run will take place in Knokke-Heist, in collaboration with the municipality. This year, we're turning Knokke-Heist into a FLUO party!
This recreational run and walk starts at 7:00 PM and passes through various buildings, accommodations, and typical attractions of Knokke-Heist! To make it an unforgettable total experience, we enrich the course with numerous spectacular animations, enchanting light effects, and atmospheric music. The walk is approximately 7 kilometers long and is the perfect outing for families and friends.
Start and finish are at Sporthal Laguna - Krommedijk 32, 8300 Knokke-Heist.
Race Details
- Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:10 PM: 7 km run (free start)
- Hours: 7:10 PM - 7:20 PM: 7 km walk (free start, with a latest departure at 7:20 PM). The sweep walker will immediately begin clearing the course and notifying animations! So be on time at the start!
- During the Nightrun, we run/walk through buildings and sometimes via narrow passages/stairs. Dogs are not allowed, and the use of a stroller is discouraged.

General Information
- Wearing of bib number: Only participants with an official bib number may start. The bib number must be clearly visible on the stomach or chest. Runners or walkers without a valid number will not be allowed to participate and will be removed from the competition and will not be allowed into buildings.
- Course: A nightrun is a fun experience. Your senses will be stimulated in a different way. We play with music and light effects during this "dark" period, making this run truly different and appealing to a wider audience. The goal of this competition is not truly competitive. The intention is to combine sport and entertainment with family and friends.
- Start/Parking: Start and finish are at Sporthal Laguna - Krommedijk 32, 8300 Knokke-Heist. Participants are best advised to park in the surrounding streets. We encourage everyone to come by foot or bicycle as much as possible. After the run, you can have a drink and a bite to eat at the finish site.
- Collection of start tickets and day registrations: After payment, participants will receive an email with a unique barcode and practical information. Presenting this barcode allows you to pick up your bib number. Bib numbers can be collected on Saturday, October 24, from 2:00 PM at the start location, where day registrations will also be available.
- Confirmation email + participation info: All individual pre-registrants will immediately receive a confirmation email with all practical information.
