The club founder, Shanell, wants nothing for her birthday but to move her body and connect with others. Expect a mix of short sprints, bodyweight exercises, silly surprises, and birthday-themed twists. No pressure, no strict rules. Our plush pacers will guide different pace groups. A supportive, inclusive run club atmosphere with music, energy, and plenty of encouragement. Post-run celebration in Raleigh. Come run, laugh, and get a little “dirty” as we celebrate turning 30!
