25th Annual Care4 Breast Cancer 5K Run/Walk
The Care4 Breast Cancer 5K is a day of celebration, inspiration, and hope, making a huge impact in our community. Funds raised support the Family Health Partnership Clinic, providing breast cancer screenings, early diagnosis, preventative care, and breast health education to uninsured adults in McHenry County.
In-Person Event: Sunday, October 19, 2025, at Woodstock North High School.
- Ages 12+: $30-$40 (includes shirt & timed race bib)
- Ages 5-11: $15-$20 (includes shirt & timed race bib)
- Ages 4 & under: FREE
Virtual Event: October 12-19, 2025 (includes shirt & untimed bib)
All proceeds benefit Family Health Partnership Clinic's Breast Cancer Fund.
