Get ready to spring into action with Beneva by your side! The Beneva Spring Run-Off, held on April 5, 2025, in High Park, Toronto, invites you to shake off the long Canadian winter. Established in 1978, this event is the kickoff for the Canada Running Series and welcomes runners of all ages.

- 10:00 a.m. - 8K Start
- 11:15 a.m. - 5K Start
- 11:45 a.m. - Kids Race Start
