The 8 Maids a Milking Run
The 8 Maids a Milking Run is part of our Christmas series.
Race start is at 10:00. You have 7 hours to complete your chosen run distance. Each Lap is 2.5k in distance. Suitable for walkers and runners. The course is offroad, all within the grounds of Pengethley Manor, and very tough. But hey, tough is fun! There is a bit of a hill, which will be run on each lap, and a series of up and downs through two vineyards.
You chose your distance - each day has the option of a 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, Marathon or Ultra.

Can't make Race Day? - Do it virtually – anywhere in the world at a time to suit yourself, but preferably completed on the above days, although we will give all entries date flexibility to suit themselves.
Race Bibs & Virtual Bibs
You will collect your race bib on the day of the race at registration. Once you have entered the event, we will email you a personalised virtual Bib as a keepsake. It may take a day or two to receive the virtual Bib, but it should be with you before the event date starts.
Entry Fee Options
For international posting you will need to pay an additional postage cost which we will advise prior to posting, depending on your destination.
Run the virtual event for FREE - you won't receive a medal but you will be recorded on the results list. Simply join our Strava group (Every Mile Counts) for FREE and enter The 8 Maids a Milking run.

CHARITY OPTION - and get a discounted place?
You can enter any combination of days for a total £10.00 entry fee plus booking charges, which will confirm your entry either as a race competitor or as a virtual runner. But this is on the basis that you commit to raising a minimum of twice the entry fee value for our nominated charity to make your entry valid. In addition the money needs to be raised at least four weeks before the event date.
