World Heritage Festival Tour de las Misiones
This one-of-a-kind event offers a unique opportunity to explore the historic San Antonio Missions. Choose from various courses: 7, 14, or 22-mile bike rides; 5K or 10K runs; and 5K or 10K walks. All events begin and end at Mission County Park Pavilion.
What to Expect:
- Commemorative bib, finisher’s medal, collectible T-shirt, goodie bag, and keepsake passport (for registrations before August 21, 2024)
- Post-event music, food, and beverages for registered participants
- Photos posted at worldheritagefestival.org
Organized by: City of San Antonio World Heritage Office, in partnership with San Antonio River Authority, Bexar County, SATX Social Ride, America’s Walking Club (AVA), South Texas Off Road Mountain-Bikers (STORM), and IAAPWEB.

Packet Pickup: Mission Branch Library, 3134 Roosevelt Ave, San Antonio, TX 78214 (September 5 & 6, 2024, 4-7 p.m. Event day pickup 5:30-7:00 a.m.)
Safety Tips: Follow all rules of the road and instructions from officials. Wear helmets (for biking). Bring at least two water bottles.
Mission San Antonio National Historical Park Considerations: Mission San Jose grounds open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Other missions open sunrise to sunset. Bicycles must be walked on mission compounds. No music inside missions. Dogs allowed in park (leashed), but not in buildings.
