Winter 2025/2026 Full & Half Marathon Training Evening - Apex
This 16-week training program is designed to help adults train for a full or half marathon, whether it's their first or they are looking to improve their race time. All levels and paces are welcome.
The class includes:
- A detailed daily plan over the 16 weeks.
- 2 coached group runs per week.
- Suggested cross-training & strength training workouts.
- Coach-supported Saturday group long runs.
Program Dates: November 23, 2025 - March 15, 2026 (No class on 11/26, 12/24, and 12/31).
Training Schedule:
- Mondays and Wednesdays: 6:15 PM - 7:15 PM
- Saturdays (long runs): 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM
Locations: Training sessions rotate among Hunter Street Park (Apex), Apex Nature Park, Mills Park Middle School track (Cary), and Koka Booth/Symphony Lake Greenway (Cary). Saturday run locations vary weekly.
Pricing:
- Early Bird (by 11/16/25): $85
- Standard Registration (11/17 - 12/21): $90
Registration Deadline: December 21, 2025. No refunds or deferrals after registration.
