Wild Florida Trail Run
Join the Wild Florida Trail Run, organized by Run Bum Races, and support the Florida Trail Association. Over $50,000 has been donated to this non-profit dedicated to developing, maintaining, and protecting Florida's hiking trails.
All races finish at Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park in White Springs, Florida.
Race Details:
- 50K: Starts at 6:45 AM, point-to-point from Suwannee Springs, FL, with a 10.5-hour time limit. An optional shuttle is available for an additional cost.
- 25K: Starts at 8:15 AM, new for 2024 as point-to-point. An optional shuttle is available.
- 10K: Starts at 9:00 AM, a single loop from the start/finish within Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park.
Swag & Awards:
- All runners receive a Wild Florida Trail Run shirt and a finisher's medal.
- Top 3 overall male and female finishers for all distances will receive an award.
- Vendor and trail swag will be available at the event.
Course Description:
The course is lined with massive oaks and offers views of the Suwannee River, known for its scenic beauty, especially in the fall when the cypress trees change colors. The Suwannee River section of the Florida Trail is considered one of the most scenic.
