Race Course
Start and finish are at the Dorfgemeinschaftshaus in Mittelstenweiler. The course includes an ascent into the forests above the village, with alternating ascents and descents in the shaded forest area, before returning via an asphalt path to the Dorfgemeinschaftshaus. The 5km runners and Nordic walkers finish here, while the 10km runners complete a second loop of the same course.
