Come and join us for the return of the partially road closed Weybridge 5k, 10k & Half Marathon on Sunday 2nd June 2024. These scenic routes are set against the backdrop of Walton Bridge. With a mix of the town-centre and rural, riverside scenery, they have something for everyone.
Event Details
Starting from Walton Lane, the partially road-closed chip-timed routes follow the River Thames towards Weybridge along Walton Lane, before making a U turn back towards the bridge over to Desborough Island. On crossing the bridge, the course loops around Desborough Island, exiting over the Walton Lane bridge. You will head back onto Walton Lane which then takes you down the Thames Tow Path and into the finish under the iconic RunThrough Archway.
The 5k will follow 1 lap of the course, with the 10k completing this twice, and the half marathon completing 3 laps with a mini lap added. Some sections of the routes are on pavement with the rest being on closed roads. This race will have pacers to help you along your way!
