Watergate @ Whitehills 5K
This is the annual LFRC 5km race (and 2.5km Junior race), hosted at Whitehills Nature Park, Wrekenton, Great Britain. The event features a fast, flat 2-lap course on gravel trails, avoiding the hills.
Senior Race (5km)

Minimum Age: 15 years on race day
Entry Price: £18 Affiliated, £20 Unaffiliated, U18 Senior rates at £6 or £8. Entry on the day is permitted with an additional £2 if places remain.
Note: NEMAA 5km Championship Race.
Junior Race (2.5km)

Categories: U10, U12, U14, U16
Entry Price: £6 Affiliated, £8 Unaffiliated. Entry on the day is permitted with an additional £2 if places remain.
General Information:
- Chip timing for 2026.
- All Senior finishers receive a T-shirt, Junior finishers receive a medal.
- In accordance with UKA rules.
- No headphones to be worn during the race, only bone conduction headphones permitted.
- Race numbers are transferable until 19/05/26.
- Club vests must be worn for UKA Affiliated entries.
