This event is the Viking 5K, 10K, & Half Marathon at Rotary Park in Columbus, GA. It is part of the US Road Running Race Series and is open to all runners. Join the US Road Running Club for exclusive benefits.
Race Information
The race starts at 8:00 AM with packet pickup starting 30 minutes before. All runners must register on RunSignup. No on-site registration.
Courses
There are three courses available: 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon. The 5K and 10K courses are out-and-back, while the Half Marathon course is also out-and-back but four times.
Awards
Awards will be given to the top finishers, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place overall male and female. Age group awards are based on series points and awarded at the end of each calendar year.
Finisher Medals
All finishers will receive a themed medal.
Best Costume
Participants are encouraged to wear costumes. A group photo will be taken at the beginning of each race, and the best costume will be awarded.
Race Rules
Entry fees are non-refundable. The event may be canceled in extreme circumstances. No dogs on the course, and walkers are welcome.
