When did running get so expensive? Running is one of the simplest sports in the world. All you need is a pair of trainers and a place to go. Yet organised races can now cost £30, £50, even £80+ to enter. We think there’s a better way. Affordable Running was created to make racing accessible again. Join us in Victoria Park for a professionally timed 5K or 10K, with entry capped at just £10 and a proportion of places reserved for those who may otherwise face barriers to participation. Whether you’re chasing a PB, running your first race, or simply looking for a great morning out, everyone is welcome.
