About the race
The Valmez Deza Run will take place in Valašské Meziříčí on Sunday 20 September 2026. The event offers multiple race categories for all ages, including children's races, adult main races, and a hobby race.

- Dorostenci a junioři (2007-2010): 4000 m
- Men up to 40: 8000 m
- Men up to 50: 8000 m
- Men up to 60: 8000 m
- Men over 60: 8000 m
- Women up to 35: 8000 m
- Women up to 45: 8000 m
- Women over 45: 8000 m
- Hobby Race (Men/Women): 4000 m
- Team Relay (pairs): 2x4000m
The course is on paved surfaces, including cobblestones, asphalt, and concrete. It starts in the town square and runs along city roads and sidewalks, with a section on the Bečva cycle path. The main loop is 4000m.
Registration and Timing:
Online registration is open until September 19, 2026, at https://my.raceresult.com/389794/registration. Timing is managed with professional chip technology and live results. On-site registration may be possible until 10:00 AM on the day of the event.
