Triathlon / Duathlon de Saint-Lambert 2026
The 36th edition of the Triathlon / Duathlon de Saint-Lambert is proud to celebrate its 36th edition in 2026! We have events for all categories, from youth events (6 to 15 years old) to the Sprint Triathlon (16 years and older), as well as team duathlon and triathlon events. Come participate in large numbers, whether to cheer, volunteer, or compete, be with us for this great sports gathering.

Age Categories: Determined by the athlete's age on December 31, 2026.
Pricing Note: Displayed prices are for Triathlon Québec members and include MS-1 service fees. Taxes and non-member fees are not included. A non-member fee table applies by category. Visit www.triathlonquebec.org/membres to become a member and save.
New for 2026: To promote enjoyment and athletic development, Youth categories 2 to 4 will not be timed. The objective is to allow everyone to give their best, without the pressure of time, in a spirit of fun and personal achievement.

Main Events and Distances:
- Triathlon Initiation (16+): 375 m swim / 10 km bike / 2.5 km run
- Triathlon Sprint (16+) - Women only: 750 m swim / 20 km bike / 5 km run
- Duathlon Sprint (16+): 5 km run / 20 km bike / 2.5 km run
- Aquavélo Sprint (16+): 750 m swim / 20 km bike
- Running races: 10 km and 5 km
- Youth and Development races: Several formats for ages 6 to 15
- Team events (2 or 3 athletes): Sprint formats available
