Triathlon au Coeur de la Montérégie 2026
This is the sixth edition of the Triathlon at the Heart of Montérégie, held in Saint-Césaire, Quebec. The venue is located near Mont-Saint-Grégoire and Mont Rougemont and offers a 25m swimming pool, a closed bike loop, and a 2.5km running loop.
The event program includes individual races, team races for two or three athletes, and youth formats. Team participants must be at least 12 years old. Age categories are determined by the athlete's age on December 31, 2026. The registration deadline is August 23, 2026, at 23:59. Registration requires a client account.
Main distances and categories:
- Triathlon Initiation: 375m swim / 10km bike / 2.5km run (16+)
- Triathlon Sprint: 750m swim / 20km bike / 5km run (16+)
- Triathlon Development: 375m swim / 10km bike / 2.5km run (12 to 15 years)
- Youth categories: Swim distances range from 25m to 200m
- Running events: 10km, 5km, and 2.5km
