Tri Hard Harriers 5K on the Bay 2026
Time to sign up to the flattest and fastest 5k race in and around Swansea this summer!
Every year, proceeds from our 5k event will go to a chosen local charity; this year that charity is The Jacob Crane Foundation.
Starting & Finishing at Blackpill Lido at 7pm on Thursday 13th August, the course is a stunning route down to Oystermouth and back along the prom overlooking Swansea Bay.
Your entry includes a free bottle of beer / soft drink at the end of the race along with some very tasty Domino's Pizza!
There are public toilet facilities on site. Registration will open at 5:30pm on the night where there will be limited on the day entries available (Cash or Card accepted!).
Prizes will be given for the top 3 overall in several categories, along with the biggest club award too!
Get yourself signed up, you can run, jog or walk the event - this is a PB course and the perfect way to end the summer!
All abilities are welcome - You have to be 12+ to enter.
