Fleet Feet Mobile is excited to host our official training program for the 2026 Azalea Trail Run (5K & 10K). Whether you are a walker, run/walker, or runner, this program will help you build confidence, consistency, and readiness for race day.
Registration for the Azalea Trail Run is NOT required to join this program. Anyone can participate!
Meeting Location: Fleet Feet Mobile, 3972 Airport Blvd, Mobile, AL
Weekly Group Sessions: Thursdays at 6:00 PM, Saturdays at 7:00 AM

Goal: Comfortably complete or improve your 5K at Azalea Trail Run
10K Program (10 Weeks)
Start Date: Saturday, January 17, 2026
Program Options: Run/Walk • Run
Goal: Build endurance and confidence for the 10K distance

Good Form Running Clinic (Free!)
We are excited to offer a FREE Good Form Running (GFR) Clinic to all training program participants and the general community.

What is Good Form Running? Good Form Running is a simple, research-based approach to improving your running technique. Our goal is to help you run: Safer (reduce injury risk), Efficiently (use less energy), Smoothly (better stride & posture), Comfortably (reduce stress on joints).
What You’ll Learn: The 4 Key Elements of Good Form Running: Posture, Foot Strike, Cadence, Lean. How to reduce common running injuries through proper mechanics. Drills you can practice at home to reinforce better form. Real-time form feedback from coaches.
Who Should Attend? Perfect for new runners, run/walkers, walkers transitioning to running, returning runners, and anyone trying to reduce pain, improve comfort, or get faster with less effort. The clinic is free, but registration is required due to limited space.

What You’ll Get
Weekly Training Structure: Each week you’ll receive four structured workouts, including group sessions on Thursday evenings at 6p and Saturday mornings 7a, additional recommended workouts, clear guidance on pacing, effort, and progression, and coaching support.
What to Expect at Every Session: Coaches organize groups by pace and experience. Sessions include a mix of walking, run/walk intervals, or running. Guidance on technique, pacing, breathing, and building mileage. A supportive community that keeps you motivated and accountable.
