Sussex Beer Mile
New Venue for 2026 with a licensed Bar. It had to be done a beer mile but with a STE slant, a trail beer mile on a grass track !!!!!! Following traditional beer mile rules, 1 Beer one Lap x 4 25th July 2026.
Beer mile rules
- Must be a 400 metre track
- A 335 ml bottle or can
- Must be 5% alc or above.

Team Event
Not up for 4 beers or 4 Laps run as a team 1 lap/beer per runner. A cup for the Best Team who will be crowned the Beer Kings of Sussex.

£15 for an individual, £25 for a team.
No changing facilities so come dressed ready to run. We will provide:
- Bag storage
- A tough, fully marked route !!!!!!
- A referee
- A unique beer mile momento
- A large sick bucket
