This event is hosted by the South Florida First Responders Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, dedicated to supporting the mental health of South Florida's First Responders. Proceeds go to organizations assisting First Responders and their families during hardship and crisis, including mental health counseling and support dogs.

- Friday, November 27th, 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Pompano Beach Ocean Rescue Headquarters (50 North Pompano Beach Blvd, Pompano Beach, Fl 33065)
- Tuesday, November 25th, 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Runners Depot - Coral Springs (2806 N University Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33065)
- Race Morning at The Registration Tent
After Party and Awards: At The Lucky Fish. Runners 21+ with ID receive complimentary Blueberry Lemonades or Margaritas.
Pre-Race and Post-Race Yoga: Free sessions on the beach hosted by Yoga Now and Mindfull Soul Movement.
Awards: For top 5K and 10K performers, including overall, masters, and age group categories.
Agency Challenge: Teams of 3 (running different distances) compete for the Richard Loop Perpetual Award.
