THE ROC Wales: Abersoch to Snowdon
THE ROC WALES is a multi-discipline endurance event that starts on Abersoch beach and follows a loop into the Snowdon massif before returning to Abersoch. The course begins with a sea swim in Abersoch bay and includes two road cycling legs that travel into and out of the mountain area.
