The ROC Triathlon will take place on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at Durand-Eastman Beach in Irondequoit, NY.
Courses Offered
- Intermediate Triathlon: 32 miles
- Sprint Triathlon: 16 miles
- Sprint Triathlon: High School: 16 miles
Pricing
- Intermediate Triathlon: $125 - $150 (registration opens October 31, 2024)
- Sprint Triathlon: $100 - $120 (registration opens October 31, 2024)
- Sprint Triathlon: High School: $75 (registration opens October 31, 2024)
Note: Due to low participation rates, the Duathlon, Aquabike, and Relays will no longer be offered.
