Event Info
The ROC Triathlon, organized by the Rochester Area Triathletes (RATs), is a late summer classic held at Durand-Eastman Beach in Irondequoit, NY. The event features a shallow open-water swim, a fast bike course closed to traffic, and a scenic run along Lake Ontario and Seabreeze shorelines.
The ROC is a USAT-sanctioned event offering qualifying slots for the National Championships for Sprint and Intermediate distances in various divisions, including High School, Age Group, Athena/Clydesdale, and AquaBike.
Note: Duathlon and Relays are no longer offered due to low participation.
