The Loch Morlich Running Festival 2027
Join us on Sunday, 3rd January 2027, for an unforgettable start to the new year. This unique event, now in its 9th year, takes you through the breathtaking Glenmore Forest, finishing at the stunning Loch Morlich beach. Whether you walk, jog, or race for a personal best, you'll be cheered on by our supportive team every step of the way!
Event Details
- Distances: 5.6KM and 11.2KM (trail shoes recommended).
- Start Location: The Hayfield, Glenmore.
- Start Time: 12:00 PM (registration from 10:00 AM).
What's Included
- Group warm-up led by Fitnessat58° Instructor Sam Cairns.
- Chip timing by Perfect Timing Scotland, with results sent on the day.
- Bespoke finishers' medal.
- Delicious home baking at the finish.
- Prizes for the top three male and female runners in each race.
- A dog-friendly, family-friendly atmosphere (dogs must be on leads).

- 5.6KM: £30
- 11.2KM: £35
- Under 16s: £7.50 (for both 5.6km and 11.2km)
