The Cowtown Cadence Youth Training Program
What is The Cadence Program?: Running Program, specifically designed for 4th through 8th graders.
When is it?: Tuesdays (5:00 - 6:00 PM), Thursdays (5:00 - 6:00 PM), and Saturdays (8:00 - 9:00 AM)
Where?: Runs will be based out of The Cowtown Office with routes in the immediate area.
What's the cost?: $60 or $120 based on number of days
The Cowtown Cadence Program is designed for 4th–8th grade athletes who love running and want to stay strong between cross country and track seasons. This 6-week training block provides a bridge to keep kids active and motivated with 2–3 guided running sessions each week, along with an age-appropriate strength and mobility program to build healthy habits, prevent injury, and improve performance. Cadence helps young runners develop consistency, confidence, and a lifelong love for the sport. Starts October 14th and culminates with the Cowtown Candy Cane 5K on Dec 6th
