Race Info
The SuperHeroes Run 5K/10K/13.1 TAMPA is on Saturday, March 7, 2026. This event celebrates everyday heroes with a fun run/walk. All paces and ages are welcome. Timing is optional, and participants can track their own times using apps or with coordinator assistance. There are no timing chips.

Packet Pickup
Swag is shipped directly to your US address. Race bibs are provided on race day. Please ensure your US mailing address is complete and accurate.
Wave Times
Waves are filled on a First Come, First Serve Basis. Email [email protected] for your desired wave time.
- Wave A: 7:30 AM
- Wave B: 8:00 AM
- Wave C: 8:30 AM
Late runners can run upon arrival. Coordinators stay 3 hours after the first wave.
Virtual Run Option
A Virtual Run option is available, including a Training Pack with Digital Tools. Virtual runs can be completed anytime, anywhere. Submit results to [email protected] to receive a medal.
Charity Initiatives
Every mile logged after the race results in a $1 donation to partner charities. Fundraising is optional.
