The 11th Annual Stride For Sight 5K is a family and pet-friendly event hosted by Lions Sight Research Foundation and San Antonio Eye Bank. The event aims to educate and inspire the community about the Gift of Sight, healthy vision, and the resources offered by the partners.
The event unites individuals and organizations supportive of the mission, remembers local cornea/eye donors, and gives hope to those in need of cornea transplants and vision services.
This year's run/walk will take place rain or shine, welcoming runners, walkers, donors, and supporters of all kinds. The event will offer free breakfast tacos, a kids' fun run, entertainment, team awards, and more.
Can't make it on race morning? Join as a virtual runner/walker and run your 5K anywhere. Virtual registrants receive a shirt and finisher medal.
Entry fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Team captains must register before teammates. Team walkers have the option to purchase a shirt at registration or on race day.
