Stradolcetto - 41st Edition
The Stradolcetto, a historic running race in Ovada, will take place on Sunday, August 30, 2026. This marks the 41st edition of the event.
Course Details
The 2026 course will follow the previous year's layout, starting and finishing at the athletics track of the Centro Polisportivo Geirino. The route winds through vineyards and includes the scenic San Bernardo climb (4 km on asphalt), followed by a flat section along the hilltop and a technical descent to the finish line.
Local Excellence
The race celebrates local specialties, with race packs and prizes for the top finishers featuring gastronomic products from the region, particularly the Dolcetto wine of Ovada (including the "Superiore" version).

The event will provide ample parking, medical assistance with a doctor and defibrillator, electronic timing, changing rooms with showers, and refreshment points along the course and at the finish.
