Race Course
The event includes:
- Swimming: 750 m triangular course in Sternberger See, with a water start.
- Cycling: 20 km course on quiet roads with a ban on drafting, featuring rolling terrain.
- Running: 5 km course along the shore of Sternberger See, consisting of two 2.5 km laps.
