The 9th Annual Stampone O’Brien Dilsheimer Holloway Law Women’s Philadelphia Triathlon is unmatched in energy, execution, and excitement. This POOL SWIM TRIATHLON was 2x named BEST RACE IN THE CITY by Be Well Philly! There is a distance for every woman to "tri."

Distances:

• Sprint: 300-meter swim, 9-mile bike, 5k run
• Super Sprint: 50-meter swim, 4-mile bike, 2-mile run
• Duathlon: 1-mile run, 9-mile bike, 5k run
• Aquabike: 300-meter swim, 9-mile bike, DONE!

If any of this seems daunting, we have RELAY options for you and your friends. Yes, you and your friends can choose which part of the race to do and you can ALL cross the finish line together!

More Need To Know's:

• All swimming takes place in Historic Kelly Pool...NOT THE Schuylkill River.
• The bike portion takes place on picturesque Martin Luther King Dr along the river and is CLOSED to vehicular traffic.
• All running takes place around the Please Touch Museum and the Horticultural Center in West Fairmount Park.
