Spring 2026 Learn to Run & Run Easy Groups
Peninsula Runners is excited to offer a spring 2026 Learn-to-Run (001), Run Easy (101), and Run Stronger (201) groups starting January 21st to April 15th. This is a great way to get ready for a Spring 5K or 10K run, or simply to improve your health and fitness while having fun in a safe group setting.
The groups will meet every Wednesday night for 13 weeks, from January 21st to April 15th, at 6:00 p.m. PST in front of the Langley store.
Cost: $60 plus GST, which includes a Pen Runners run shirt.
Programs offered:
- Learn-to-Run (001): Ideal for those who have never run before or not for a long time.
- Run Easy (101): Progresses quicker to jogging and running, aiming for comfort running a 5K.
- Run Stronger (201): For those already running 30 minutes at a time, focusing on hill workouts, interval sessions, and tempo runs to become stronger and faster.
At the end of the session on April 15th, there will be a 5K timed run where participants predict their finish time.
