Speyside Way Ultras - 50km & 100km
The Speyside Way Ultras take place on 15 August 2026, offering two challenging trail running distances.
Race Details
- Date: Saturday, 15th August 2026
- Start Times: 5:00 AM for 100km, 11:00 AM for 50km
- Cutoffs: 18 hours for 100km, 10 hours for 50km
- Entry Limit: 50 for 100km, 250 for 50km
- Price: £80 for 100km, £60 for 50km
Who Can Take Part?
Participants must be over 18 years old. Whether you aim to break a course record or are new to ultra-running, this race is for you.
Location
The 50km route follows the Speyside Way from Tamdhu Distillery to Buckie. The 100km route starts in Aviemore and joins the 50km route at Tamdhu Distillery.
Courses
- Speyside Way 50K Route: Starts at Tamdhu Distillery, goes through whisky country, includes a climb up Ben Aigen, sections of road and forestry trails, and finishes on a coastal path in Buckie.
- Speyside Way 100KM Route: Starts in Aviemore, follows the Cairngorms Speyside Way, and merges with the 50km route at Tamdhu Distillery.
