Race Info
The South Pasadena Tiger Run 5K/10K is on Saturday, December 5, 2026. It includes the following events: 5K Run/Walk, 10K Run/Walk, Tiger Cub Run (10 & under), and Virtual Run/Walk.
The annual Tiger Run 5K/10K Run/Walk takes to the beautiful tree-lined streets of the historic city of South Pasadena! The South Pasadena High School Booster Club raises funds to support over 50 clubs, activities and teams so our students can enjoy a wide range of athletic, artistic and academic experiences.
Courses
- 5K Run/Walk: Price: $54 incl. $4 Fee, Time: 8:00AM PST
- 10K Run/Walk: Price: $54 incl. $4 Fee, Time: 8:00AM PST
- Tiger Cub Run (10 & under): Price: $27.50 incl. $2.50 Fee, Time: 9:30AM PST. Open to ages 10 and under.
- Virtual Run/Walk: Price: $54 incl. $4 Fee, Time: 8:00AM PST
Race Day Schedule
- Bib/t-shirt Pick Up, Late Race Registration: 6:00AM – 7:30AM
- Pancake Breakfast: 7:00AM
- 5K/10K RUN/WALK: 8:00AM (ONE START FOR BOTH RACES)
- TIGER CUB RUN: 9:30AM
Course Description
The 5K portion of the event Run is fast and flat. The first half of the 10K covers the same ground as the 5K, with the second half on a challenging, hilly course through South Pasadena's Monterey Hills. Note the new 10K finish – after the Snake Trail, runners will head south on Meridian and turn left at the aquatic center to finish back on Diamond St.
Virtual Run Option
Choose your own date and distance. Perfect for out-of-town family and friends or if you’d like to support the Tiger Run. T-shirt included.
